From the beginning I knew, that not only him, but his entire team, were people I could trust. They keep you informed of every step in your case so you're not in the dark about a thing. After my accident, the insurance companies weren't going to give me a dime after everything I had been through with my injury. Mike was appalled and took me under his wing. He claims to be the "Big Dog" around and he isn't joking. Seriously. It was clear to me he was highly respected by the opposing attorneys that I had to deal with. On 1 January 2013 I had the misfortune of being involved in an accident whereby I was hit from behind whilst stopped on the freeway. The responsible party was cited for driving unsafely and to make matters worse was driving a city car on city time. At the time of the accident there was an air of total cooperation and help. This air of course later turned to black smoke and complications, wheeling and dealing, non-cooperation and attempts for the city (intentionally unnamed)to simply not take responsibility for the actions of their employee. I received from my own insurance company twice what the city was willing to pay (the city trying to get me to accept less than blue book for a vehicle is excellent running shape and paid for. The story continues. I came into contact with Attorney Michael Loewen, located off Madison Ave. in Sacramento. From the get-go I found the following: I got no B.S. from the lawyer or his staff. I was told what it would take and how long. I also was not just left in the dark as the office would contact me periodically during the process to share information. I always had access to anyone I needed to speak with for reassurance or to get questions answered. What a security by itself. The story ends 3 years later with my getting a settlement in excess of what I expected and far in excess of what would have occurred had I not had a truly competent lawyer (and legal staff).
